"We have heard the call to listen attentively - in prayer, in community , in ministry..."
“Listening must be accompanied by respect for the other, and in listening, we yield ourselves up to the unexpected.” -Chapter of 1995-
Our hearts are finely tuned to the needs of the poor and marginalized, and this listening is most clearly found in attending to the needs of women in the world with whom we share so much in common. In them we find our call to maintain Dom Minsart and Mother Claire’s original gift of joy and simplicity. Daily, the women of the world show us the depth of the Word of God in our lives.
